Rafael Lamata (Valencia 1959) & Jaime Vallaure (Asturias 1965)
The pair of performers, artists called Los Torreznos, act themselves like a weapon of communication targeting the social, political and social manners, or mores. Their work centers the expresive experimentation in themes of the ordinary and common world. This makes them easy to access or understand for a wide public, not only art specialists. They are performers, but also express themselves in several media, like video or sound art.
