Vestibulo’ label releases Los Torreznos album “Menú degustación”

The label Vestíbulo, a sound experimentation platform by the contemporary creation collective Néxodos, releases Los Torreznos album ‘Menú degustación’. The album, in CD and digital version, is their first published sound project.
Nicolás Tsabertidis was the recording, mixing and mastering engineer, and Simbiosis Gráfica studio was in charge of the graphic design of the edition.
In this work by Los Torreznos, made up of 24 pieces, the necessary steps to prepare a dish become phonetic poems, hymns or dialogues that open up other options. The tone and energy of the voice cooks the text. ‘The recipe is chewed, deconstructed and digested, it becomes a story, a knowledge that deviates from its culinary efficacy to discover other kinds of reflections, experiences, images and flavours’, the authors explain.
The first presentation of ‘Menú degustación’ will take place on Sunday 28 July at 18:00, as part of the IV Encuentro de creación contemporánea y medio rural organised by the Néxodos collective in Candamo (Asturias).
